Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. Code of Ethics
i. Use of Assets:
1. Any and all of DNA’s assets must be used for legitimate business purposes. All employees are responsible to ensure the proper use of assets. The misuse of assets may include but is not limited to theft, wastefulness, and carelessness with materials.
ii. Applicants for Employment:
1. DNA will treat any and all applicants with dignity and respect, and to provide equal employment opportunities based on legitimate job qualifications without any regard for race, sex, age, religion, national origin, disability, or any other basis prohibited by law.
iii. Accurate Documentation:
1. DNA employees will accurately document any records to reflect events in compliance with any laws, rules, and regulations.
i. Employee Privacy:
1. Only authorized employees may access employee information. This information may include but is not limited to the employee’s address, phone number, date of birth, social security number, medical records, credentials, etc.
2. Employee information is only disclosed to clients when required. Employee contact information (i.e. phone numbers, addresses) are not disclosed to clients without the permission of the employee.
ii. Company Privacy:
1. DNA employees will keep any information obtained either directly or indirectly as a result of, or connection with, contact or affiliation with DNA or its existing or potential clients confidential. This information may include but is not limited to the names of clients, contacts, locations, employment opportunities, and patient information
i. The workplace will be drug and alcohol free. No employee may possess, distribute, or sell illegal drugs.
ii. Any and all threats or acts of violence will not be tolerated.
iii. The firm will not permit any behaviors that threaten the overall safety of its employees, clients, vendors, and applicants.
i. In writing either by internal mail or U.S. mail, or
ii. By telephone.

ii. A DNA employee may also report any violations of this Code at 800.561.6499. DNA would prefer that any employee identify themselves to facilitate any investigation of any report or incident. However, an employee may elect to remain anonymous.
