Any client of Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. (DNA) is encouraged to report a complaint or concern to the Vice President within 14 calendar days of the event(s) giving rise to the complaint. If the complaint relates to resident care, clients are asked to report the issue to the Vice President immediately.

When submitting a complaint to the Joint Commission, you may include your name or remain anonymous. DNA will not take any retaliatory action against an employee who submits a complaint to the Joint Commission.

Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. Work-Related Injuries
Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. (DNA) maintains worker's compensation, professional and general liability insurance in compliance with applicable law for all employees. If a DNA employee sustains an injury while working working for a DNA client, that employee is required to report that injury to a DNA representative immediately. The DNA client may require that the injured DNA employee complete an injury report. The injured DNA employee is required to follow the client's procedures regarding work-related injuries as well.
The DNA representative who receives a report of a work-related injury is required to gather all relevant information and report the injury to the firm's insurance company handling worker's compensation claims. Any further action requested by the insurance company will be handled by the DNA employee who made the initial injury report. The insurance company may require contact with the injured employee.
Any changes to this policy will be promptly disclosed to all DNA employees. Any questions regarding this policy or reports of injury should be directed to:
