Credential Resources Representative
The Compliance Research Analyst is responsible for researching and gathering information regarding laws and regulations for medical staffing companies throughout all fifty states.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
* Contact states’ Department of Health and regional facilities to collect further information on laws and regulations
* Research and update requirements for all credentialing per state (state background checks, federal background checks, etc.)
* Work closely with the VP of Training & Compliance, the VP of Sales, and theVP of Travel & Contract for information regarding facility contract requirements
* Organize and communicate collected research with the governing bodies that oversee DNA
* Maintain and uphold client and company compliance standards
* Track minimum wage for all states
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask
* Strong organizational skills
* General knowledge of standard office equipment and researching methods
