Employee Concierge

The Employee Concierge will be responsible for tracking the overall satisfaction of DNA’s employees. They will use a variety of metrics, surveys, and reports to provide accurate data analysis.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to DNA employees
  • Maintain, administer, and record employee responses to satisfaction surveys
  • Contact external, field employees at time of hire, during employment, and upon resignation
  • Partner with Data Analyst to conduct trend analysis on statistics to increase employee retention
  • Track employment satisfaction on the work assignments provided by DNA
  • Maintain communication between branch offices and corporate administrative staff as it relates to external, field employee satisfaction and needs
  • Maintain and handle confidential employee information in a professional manner as necessary
  • Partner with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Human Resources Dept to resolve external, field employee complaints, concerns, and grievances
  • Complete special projects as directed by the CNO

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Experience in customer service
  • General knowledge of office equipment

Employee Concierge will Report to:

  • Chief Nursing Officer

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of times
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach

Work environment:

Generally, work in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.
