Help Desk Analyst

The IT Help-desk Analyst will provide support and training to local and remote end users, computers, printers, copiers, phones, and other devices. Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolve internal user problems and ensure correct operation of personal computers. Logs all service/repair activity and perform system setups for new hires.

  • Layer 1 networking: running CAT5+, terminating TIA-586a/TIA-586b
  • Layer 2 networking: switch setup using VLANs, spanning tree, QoS
  • Layer 3 networking: firewall/router setup using CIDR, VLANs, QoS, HA
