Managed Service Provider (MSP) Assistant Division Manager

MSP Assistant Division Manager is responsible for assisting the MSP Division Manager in the overall division performance through obtaining new clients, maintaining the current client base, and overseeing team members’ performance.

Essential Functions of the Job

  • Obtain new client contracts and update client contracts annually
  • Manage B4 Health VMS System
  • Market New Sub-Vendors on the Sub-Vendor Pane
  • Communicate with Sub-Vendor Panel Daily
  • Act as the point of contact for current clients
  • Manage team members’ performance to ensure team members are achieving goals
  • Make an average of 75 or more calls daily to gain new clients and Sub-Vendors
  • Market new clients by communicating via email, fax, mail, etc.
  • Submit contracts to perspective clients and negotiate bill rates
  • Ensure existing and prospective client files are current
  • Complete special projects as requested by Executive Officers
  • Complete office duties as assigned
  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by Executive Officers
  • Requirements

  • General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Persuasive negotiation skills
  • Must log all calls in CRM
  • Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
  • Physical Demands

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Work Environment

  • Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
