Recruiter – Pittsburgh

Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring top talent.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Maintain DNA resume account by reviewing incoming applications
  • Contact and schedule prospective candidates for interviews
  • Conduct interviews and new hire orientations
  • Complete reference checks
  • Follow up with applicants regarding credential status weekly
  • Complete all new hire paperwork
  • Determine advertising needs based on interview statistics
  • Recruit through job fairs, traveling is required

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Traveling is required

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of times
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work environment

Generally works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.
