STAR Account Manager - Lewisburg
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Maintain direct communication with existing DNA clients
- Serve as a liaison between STAR Recruiters and DNA clients when submitting candidates
- Actively seek out new job orders from current clients
- Aggressively extract additional job requests from current clients
- Follow up with inactive clients to solicit business
- Maintain client data in an organized manner
- Utilize all of DNA's software systems (Outlook, Continulink, Excel, Applicant Stack)
- Follow-up, address, and dissolve any facility issues when they arise
- Build relationships with key Point of Contacts of new and existing clients
- Minimize down time
- Ability to make 100+ phone calls a day
- Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Work Environment:
- Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
