Training And Compliance Representative

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Maintain DNA compliance by reviewing current employee credentials on a weekly basis
  • Provide training for incoming DNA employees on job duties and computer systems
  • Work on special projects to increase efficiency of department
  • Keep Homecare and Staffing licenses updated
  • Work with governing bodies that oversee DNA
  • Maintain employee and company compliance at the already high standards DNA has set

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Organization
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Up to 10% travel to DNA offices in your local geographic area
