The Vice President of Per Diem Recruiting is responsible for the supervision of all Per Diem Division recruiters including implementing and overseeing healthcare recruiting efforts.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Oversee and provide leadership to the entire Per Diem Division including Division Managers
  • Responsible for overseeing recruiter production and growth of all per diem division offices
  • Work with Per Diem Division Managers and Recruiter Trainer to assess team member performance to identify individual and team skill gaps and develop training strategies to fill deficiencies
  • Partner with Marketing Department to ensure proper utilization of budget
  • Review recruiter performance statistics and territory coverages on a weekly basis
  • Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals with Per Diem Division Managers and their recruiters and prepare quarterly plans
  • Develop and implement recruiter policies and procedures
  • Perform due diligence as related to recruiting methods in all company acquisitions
  • Assist in recruiting of healthcare professionals for all territories
  • Inform team of any and all compliance updates
  • Report successes of individual recruiters, as well as higher-level concerns, to the COO and Operations Manager
  • Collaborate with Division Managers on employment decisions for prospective Recruiters and Administrative Assistants
  • Lead recruiting numbers (bi-weekly) meeting and recruiter huddle (daily) calls
  • Work with Division Managers to conduct disciplinary action procedures with team members, if necessary
  • Maintain communication between other division offices and corporate administrative staff as it relates to recruiting operations, including Department Heads and Manager
  • Maintain and handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team


  • Prior experience in recruiting
  • Experience with large scale recruiting campaigns
  • Prior experience in managing multiple direct reports
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Travel required up to 50%
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
  • Attend all Manager and Assistant Manager meetings, both on-site and off-site when notified in writing by DNA of required attendance
  • Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Vice President of Recruiting will report to:

  • COO
  • Operations Manager

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to move about the office, bend and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally


Work Environment:

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties    outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.  Traveling is required.
