Vice President of Recruiting
The Vice President of Recruiting will be responsible for supervision of all recruiters and recruiting strategy for the company.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Prepare quarterly plans for recruiters
- Responsible for overseeing recruiter production for the company
- Work on all aspects of company Applicant Tracking System
- Responsible for assisting in Due Diligence as related to recruiting methods in all company acquisitions
- Maintain communication between other branch offices and corporate administrative staff as it relates to recruiting operations
- Maintain and handle confidential information in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Experience in recruiting
- Experience in managing multiple direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with large scale recruiting campaigns
- Travel required up to 50%
- General knowledge of office equipment
Vice President of Recruiting will report to:
- COO
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of times
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach
Work environment:
Generally works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.
