Vice President of Recruiting

The Vice President of Recruiting will be responsible for supervision of all recruiters and recruiting strategy for the company.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Prepare quarterly plans for recruiters
  • Responsible for overseeing recruiter production for the company
  • Work on all aspects of company Applicant Tracking System
  • Responsible for assisting in Due Diligence as related to recruiting methods in all company acquisitions
  • Maintain communication between other branch offices and corporate administrative staff as it relates to recruiting operations
  • Maintain and handle confidential information in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Experience in recruiting
  • Experience in managing multiple direct reports
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with large scale recruiting campaigns
  • Travel required up to 50%
  • General knowledge of office equipment

Vice President of Recruiting will report to:

  • COO

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of times
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach

Work environment:

Generally works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.
