DNA Acquires Care Team Network

August 19, 2013 – Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. (DNA) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Care Team Network (Care Team) on August 19, 2013. Care Team provides Complete Senior Home and Health Care Services in Southwestern Ohio. With the addition of Care Team, DNA will now employ over 3,000 employees and provide services to over 550 clients. This acquisition will offer our new and existing employees more opportunities and it will allow DNA to better serve its clients in the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio Region. DNA would like to welcome all of Care Team’s employees and clients to the DNA family and we look forward to working with you. Kelli Mullins (Staffing Coordinator) and Teresa Smith, RN (Director of In- Home Services) will be joining the DNA team and will work out of DNA’s offices in Dayton & Cincinnati, Ohio.
