Marketing Administrative Assistant
The Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for duties pertaining to marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning charity golf classic and internal company events (Turkey Trot, holiday parties, summer activities, etc.)
- Call out to potential event sponsors, vendors, and attendees and meet call goals during golf outing season
- Organize and track information pertaining to calls
- Pick up items for event
- Distribute marketing materials in the community (flyers, brochures, signs)
- Attend company events
- Maintain, organize, order, and distribute office supplies and promotional items
- Organize marketing requests from division offices and/or departments
- Maintain meeting notes and agendas
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Fill out registration forms for career fairs and sponsorships
- Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team
Requirements
- Strong event planning, organization, and customer service skills
- General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
Physical Demands
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the work day
- Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (recruiting materials to and from event venues)
Work Environment
- Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team
